SOL_Architecture Bureau is an Athens based creative architectural practice established in 2019 by Kelly Mavromataki.
SOL, was inspired and named after the initials of the moto “Shells Of Life”, as the aim of the architectural creations, according to the great Architect Ares Konstandinides. We aspire of producing exceptional architecture that lasts, working across geographies, building sizes and typologies. The study and implementation of our architectural proposals is always centered on people and their individual living and working needs, adjusting case by case the desired result, in relation with the budget of each project. Our ambition is to create “Shells Of Life” as flexible environments, lasting in space and time. Through experts collaborations and dialogue with our clients, it is always a challenge to achieve a timeless, lasting result on our building environment.
Working both on small and large scale, our office deals with new buildings, as well as restoration works. We believe that architecture does not just rely on innovation and design, but on the ability to deliver a project from conception through to completion. Our expertise lies within commercial, hospitality, high-end residential, restoration, cultural, medical and educational projects.
